Xclusive Auto Detailing & Window Tinting

Was quoted $80 per window for 4 windows . Total cost was $539 to tint 4 windows, over $200 more than I was quoted. They did do a nice job and were able to fit me in, but the lack of transparency is poor business practice and unacceptable.

Did a great job tinting my new car! The receptionist that I spoke with ( I can't remember her name) was very kind and helpful. They got me in within the week and was able to pick up my car later the same evening. Thank you all so much for making this process affordable and so convenient, my windows look amazing!

I got the window tint done on my two front windows, which looks good. I'm not here to complain about that, at all. The price was good and the job was done right, fairly quickly, and at a great price. The staff I interacted with all seemed very nice and pleasant. Ok, so why the 4 stars? There was residue all over my door panels! Cmon dude, spend the extra minute to wipe that crap off! Just seemed sloppy. That and, when my car was in the garage the door wouldn't open so they could pull it out which was an inconvenience as I had to sit around a few minutes longer. I get it, not their fault, just a weird coincidence.

They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told they I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. It's been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point, I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessional

I had my car detailed for the first time on Saturday using a Groupon. I am generally satisfied with the result of my interior but have two suggestions for improvement. 1. When I dropped off my car, I requested that the inspection stickers from my previous state where my car was registered be removed. I walked outside with the individual who said he would do it now so it wasn't forgotten --very impressed. I was getting a ride so left as he was working on it. When I picked up my car, the stickers were still there as you can see and obvious someone attempted to peel but didn't complete. They had already had my car for most of day and don't have chance to communicate this before needing to pick up my car and get to prior commitment on time.

2. Seats were well cleaned but noticed some water spotting the day after once fully dry. See pictures.

I think they did a pretty good job for the price but still a bit of room for improvement.

I called Xclusive to have my Mom's car detailed as a surprise to her. She works as a place where employees are expected to have lunch in their cars so her car got dirty over the years. I am very happy with the result. Se the before and after pictures to see how skilled th this company is. I strongly recommend this company. Very skilled and professional.

Great customer service, amazing detail after driving across country in the winter, lots of mud and stains from dogs. They got it all removed and looking new again. I'll definteky take my Chevy Tahoe back again!

I don't know where all the insanely great reviews came from. So first off they had my car from 9-5 and when I came to pick it up the whole business smelled like weed (this is the type of business you're dealing with - it's very unprofessional) then we all checked out my car and there was still dirt all on the interior of the doors and above the steering wheel that we easily wiped off with our finger. These were all in places that were completely noticeable that I don't understand how they missed it or didn't notice to go over it again. It looks like some places were never even wiped clean! One guy tried telling us they have a lot of cars to do and sometimes they can't get everything clean but to us it was so dirty that it was beyond unacceptable for the amount of money that I paid. We could've done a better detailing job if we cleaned it ourselves, it was ridiculous. They didn't even take the stains out of the floor mats either (that I paid extra for) and there was hair and crumbs left on it too. Was not happy about having to pay $525 total ($325 just for the interior/exterior detail and a $100 upcharge for the stains THAT WEREN'T EVEN TAKEN OUT) but the $100 headlight restoration was ok I guess even though it wasn't spotless and had finger prints all over it. There were water/soap stains in some places and they definitely could've done a better job on the rims that were still really dirty. They did offer to keep the car a couple hours longer or set up another appt to do a better job but the service was NOT worth it to us so we spoke to the owner and settled on a partial refund. Don't waste your money here because it ain't cheap and definitely not worth it. The guys working there don't seem like they know what they're doing. We will not be coming back. ‍

I paid $275.00 & they didn't even touch the floor mats or any other parts of the interior. RIP OFF!!
I would never recommend this place.

They did a great job tinting my windows. The lady at the front desk spent some time helping me pick out what level of tint I wanted too. Dropped car off at 10am and picked up at 3 same day. Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't told my quarter windows would be $25 each until I made my decision on everything. (I have 4 of them so it was an extra 100). Just wish I would've been told when I called for an estimate on the phone.
