The importance of practicing! In the last week of Quant Safety Month 2024, the task has been to organize a crisis management exercise. At our site in Lohja, Finland, this exercise provided an excellent opportunity to put our safety-related knowledge into practice! "I am really proud of how the staff showed a sincere desire to train. A big thank you to everyone!" says Service Center Director Juho Jääskeläinen. #SafetyFirst #Safety #CrisisManagement #IndustrialMaintenance #Maintenance

When Quant Maintenance Technician Mika Laikko started playing disc golf, it was just a nice way to spend time with his friends. But eventually it became more result-oriented, and now he is representing Finland in the national team. "Travelling abroad for competitions takes time, of course, but the positive side of shift work is the time off, which enables participation in competitions. In addition, good colleagues enable shift changes if necessary", he says. We wish Mika all the best in his upcoming competitions! #SafetyFirst #Safety #IndustrialMaintenance #Maintenance #MeetOurPeople #QuantFinland
