Let me start by saying, the last few days have been pretty not awesome. We woke to our basement being flooded by water due to a sump pump electrical malfunction. We called Servpro to have the water removed as well as the carpet and any mold.

They answered right away and got me on a phone with a technician. The technician explained the process and what would be best for our home. SERVPRO was able to get to my house within 24 hours and began their services. The carpets were removed as well as the baseboards. They disposed of all materials and there were no signs of them being there; well except for our missing carpet.

Do not use this company!!!!!!
There is not enough space here elaborate on the reasons why you should not use this company, especially for insurance claims.
I will say this, after kicking them out, it cost us way more out of pocket to correct their mistakes than our deductible.
STAY AWAY FROM SERPRO!!!!

On time. Overwhelming number of workers. Worked ahead of projected timeline. Power washers, generators, dumpsters, bob cats everything that was needed they had.

You might as well consider your flooring ruined if you use Servpro. We had some flooding from a dishwasher in our kitchen, and called Servpro immediately. They came out after a few hours, but were ill prepared to deal with the issue at hand. They did not have the supplies they needed, and told us they would be back the next day. They did not come back the next day, as our floor continued to suck up moisture. Ultimately the floor was ruined and needed to be replaced, which we were told would not have been the case if Servpro had done the job correctly.

Contracted them to do my flood clean up. Basement & garage only. No drywall removal; just throw things away & power wash. Our crew leader, Michael, was compassionate & worked in the mud just like his crew. They were overwhelmed with the number of people needing help but they were able to clean out our basement & garage so we could,put our lives back in order

Highly recommend!! We had flooding in our basement, and had some mold grow that we were unsure about! Easy appointment, on time, honest and very helpful! I didn't get the name of the worker that just came but he was great!!
